To promote and sustain interest in fields of study that may lead to a career in dairy, food, or environmental sanitation. Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a minimum of one (1) year in an accredited post high school undergraduate degree or diploma program (university, college, or technical college) in Wisconsin or an out-of-state school with a reciprocity enrollment agreement with Wisconsin; Applicants must be enrolled in an Environmental Sanitation or Dairy Science/Food Science/Food Microbiology/Meat Science or closely related major to be eligible for the scholarship.
