Qualifications: Applicants must be Richmond high school graduate who has been a member of the orchestra and plans to study music at the college level though not necessarily as a major; preference will be given to a student who was a string player in the orchestra and to the candidate who has been a member of the orchestra for the greatest number of semesters.
