WSAJ Diversity Bar Preparation Scholarship

To provide law school graduates a scholarship to defray the cost of bar review courses. Qualifications: Applicants must be all WSAJ members to focus on LGBTQ issues in the law, as well as to provide a safe, open and honest environment for LGBTQ members to discuss and confront issues that arise in their day-to-day practices and legal communities. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need, academic achievements, extracurricular and community activities, and life experiences. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; a brief essay, not to exceed two pages, typed and double spaced; essay should primarily discuss Applicants ideal law practice post-graduation.
