To provide funds to students who are direct descendants. Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must provide a certificate demonstrating their relationship with the V-12 Program of the University of Louisville Naval ROTC Program. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria; scholarship will be awarded on the basis of financial need and/or academic merit. How to apply: Applicants must submit online nomination form; personal statement detailing educational and career goals; a letter of support; A 300-500 word essay is required for this application; Applicants must include 2 brief, 300-500 word essays addressing the questions available in the application.
