To provide financial support to deserving students in Alaska who want to pursue an education in any campus of the University of Alaska. Qualifications: Applicants must be a students who are music majors with a demonstrated interest or emphasis in classical/liturgical organ, attending any campus of the University of Alaska; must be a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Preference will be given to students who are residents of the following geographic areas: 1) Anchorage Archdiocese, 2) Alaska, 3) Pacific Northwest. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to students who are residents of the following geographical areas: Anchorage Archdiocese, Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. How to apply: Applicants must complete and submit the application form available at the website; must also submit a personal essay describing their interest or emphasis in classical/liturgical organ, two letters of recommendation, and current transcripts. Focus: Classical studies.
