Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduate from a public high school in Union County, AR, who plans to pursue postsecondary education; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic merit, character, and financial need. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must submit cumulative high school or college transcript through the most recent term which must include either ACT or SAT scores; letter of recommendation from an adult other than a family member; a single page typewritten essay on the importance of school and community involvement.
