To provide a scholarship to any graduating Steuben County high school senior who will be attending Trine University to receive a baccalaureate degree. Qualifications: Applicants must be a Steuben County resident and a graduating high school senior attending Trine University for a baccalaureate degree, with a GPA no higher than 3.5; provide one letter of reference from a teacher who has been influential in applicants life; students are eligible to reapply each year until graduation from Trine.
