Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must complete and submit the application form and must include the following: a copy of current enrollment in a graduate in nursing program (min.6 hours/semester); recent transcripts (must be min. 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale); tuition cost per hour; a statement/documentation of need for financial assistance and current assistance received; letters of recommendation from; SOHN member, an instructor or manager (not the same person as SOHN member), any person applicant may wish to select (letters should contain statements identifying the commitment, learning ability, and quality of performance of the applicant); narrative (750-1,000 words) describing applicant's past or current SOHN involvement, future SOHN goals and desire for advancing degree in nursing.
