To provide scholarship to graduate students in speech-language pathology. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate students in speech-language pathology who meet the following Selection criteria: Applicants who are interested in serving children in rural or underserved areas of Colorado are given preference. How to apply: Applicants must submit online form, submission format should be a COMPILED PDF and JPG photo; only documents not included in this PDF are the Letters of Recommendation; items 1-4 are submitted by the applicant; items 5 and 6 are submitted by the recommending officials; official transcript or academic progress report; proof of Colorado residency as defined by the university criteria; a Colorado Driver’s License is acceptable; one-page, double-spaced statement on career goals and aspirations including a description of student’s interest in serving children with language disorders and intention to remain in Colorado; the page should be 8½ x 11 with font size no smaller than 11 point; one Inch margins are required; one-page professional resume; one letter of recommendation from university faculty, electronically submitted by the faculty member to the Foundation; one letter of recommendation from clinical supervisor, electronically submitted by the supervisor to the Foundation; one page Personal Diversity Statement. Focus: Speech and language pathology/Audiology.
