To provide scholarships to students seeking vocational, undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate study. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates, current college undergraduates, or graduate students; must be enrolled or plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year; must be pursuing theatrical arts or music, medical courses, orthopedics or research in orthopedic surgery, and allied fields Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts and the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040.
