Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior at Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial High School in Minnesota; must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the United States for the upcoming academic year. Renewable for up to 3 years. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation.
