Qualifications: Applicant must be a current college undergraduate in sophomore or junior year who will be enrolled in the upcoming academic year as a junior or senior, OR planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year; must be a resident of Alaska and identify as a female. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics; work experience; participation and leadership in school and community activities; extenuating, unique, or unusual circumstances; statement of educational and career goals; and online recommendation.
