To provide scholarships to attendees of the Dollar Sense Financial Capability Program who plan to continue their education in undergraduate, graduate, or vocational-technical school. Qualifications: Applicant must have attended the Dollar Sense Capability Program; must be currently enrolled in a university, certification, or licensing program or be of any enrollment status who has received a high school diploma (or equivalent) or will receive one by December of application year; must plan to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the upcoming Spring semester; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, statement of educational and career goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, essay addressing adversity the applicant has encountered, questions that address career alignment and Dollar Sense participation, financial need, and online recommendation. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts and a copy of the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040.
