To support Massachusetts graduates pursuing STEM degrees. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or high school graduate who is entering their first year of postsecondary education; must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States the upcoming academic year; must pursue a degree in a STEM field (including healthcare and medical fields); must be a legal resident of Massachusetts; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA; must demonstrate financial need. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts and copy of the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040. Focus: Engineering; Health sciences; Mathematics and mathematical sciences; Medicine; Science; Technology.
