To assist students in pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior, undergraduate student, or graduate student; must be enrolled or planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study for the upcoming academic year at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or vocational-technical school, or CEGEP institution; must be at least 18 years old by July 15 of the application year; must currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada at time of application (does NOT need to be a citizen); must be involved in community service, extracurricular activities and/or a leadership role in the twelve months prior to application deadline; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must be willing to participate in Chick-fil-A’s Scholars Program (a one-year experience of mentoring, activities, and professional development), if selected. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics; activities, awards, and honors; community service and volunteering; online recommendation; and financial need. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts and copy of the first two pages of parents’ (or applicant's if not claimed as a dependent) IRS 1040 income tax form or T-1 Canadian income tax return.
