Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior attending an eligible high school in Texas (list is available on website); must plan to enroll in full-time study at an accredited two- for four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation. How to apply: Applicant must complete the online application and submit current transcripts. Applicant must have an online recommendation submitted on their behalf.
