To provide for who were scholars and educators and the patron saints of the R.B.O. Qualifications: Applicants must hold a RBO life insurance certificate of not less than $10,000 and in force for 2 years; be a member in good standing of the society; must be a graduate of a senior high school or prep school; full-time basis (post high school) any accredited college, university, seminary, technical institute or nurses training center in the U.S. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
