To encourage educational pursuits among Redlands Unified School District graduates by providing educational assistance. Qualifications: Applicants must be extracurricular activity involvement with demonstrated leadership ability, a high level of community service, outstanding citizenship, and a high GPA upon graduation from high school. The recipients will be selected through an interviewing process conducted by the Kiwanis Club of Redlands Foundation Scholarship Committee. This scholarship will be awarded over a four year period to a student planning on attending either a four year college or university, or a two year college taking curriculum to transfer to a four year institution. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected through an interview process conducted by the Kiwanis club foundation scholarship committee. How to apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form together with the cover sheet; Personal Information; Education; Future Plans; School Activities; Non-School Activities; Community Service; essay and an explanation of any suspension during your "High School" years.
