To support educated women who have the power to act as strong leaders both in their respective fields and in the community at large. Qualifications: Applicants must be female or female-identifying students enrolled in a community college, private or public undergraduate college or university, graduate program, business school, or law school in the United States (first-year college students are also eligible to apply if they possess a valid GED or high school diploma); must exhibit strong leadership skills, as demonstrated by past and present educational, professional, and volunteer experiences; must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the aforementioned qualifications and compliance with the application details. How to apply: Applicants must submit the following requirements: a current resume, unofficial transcript, and an essay (500 to 1,000 words) describing an ideal woman leader in the 21st century and how the applicant believes that she exemplifies this role in her daily life and career aspirations.
