To provide for members of Phi Chi Theta who exemplify scholastic achievement, leadership and commitment to the ideals of the organization – characteristics of a business leader. Qualifications: Applicants must be current active member of Phi Chi Theta; must completed one semester or two quarters of college in the Unites States; must plan to enroll in courses for academic year; must pursuing a postsecondary degree or minor (bachelor's, master's, or doctoral) in the fields of Business and/or Economics. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Phi Chi Theta achievements and contributions; scholastic achievement as demonstrated in transcript School, work, and community activities; faculty member (required) and a Phi Chi Theta, fraternity officer, or an employer letters of recommendation; response to essay question. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; online application should include essay response (750 word maximum); copy of spring class schedule, resume, professional headshot, official transcript, two letters of recommendation (one from a faculty member and the second from either a Phi Chi Theta officer, preferably the President, or an employer).
