To support students pursuing degrees in agriculture and or preservation and protection of the land and natural resources of the Hawaiian Islands. Qualifications: Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree (including certificates) at a two-year or four-year institution in the United States on a part- or full-time basis; must be studying agriculture and or preservation and protection of the land and natural resources of the Hawaiian Islands; must have a minimum 2.0 GPA; must be U.S. residents. Selection criteria: Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios. Focus: Agricultural sciences; Conservation of natural resources.
