To provide financial support to students pursuing their educational goals. Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0; must demonstrate financial need; must submit two letters of recommendation—one from a teacher or counselor and one from an employer or community organization who can comment on the applicant’s overall character, achievement, and contribution to the greater community; must submit a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Selection criteria: Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios.
