To provide funds to deserving high school seniors or college aged students who are seeking to further their education through vocational or post-college studies. Qualifications: Applicants must be sponsored by a PDCA National Member in good standing; must be applying to any state certified university or college; must be at least a senior in high school at the time of application. Are not required to be a member of PCA.
