To provide support for educational scholarships for students attending an accredited institution of higher learning. Qualifications: Students must be Starke County residents and graduating seniors of Oregon Davis High School. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
