To provide college scholarships to graduates of Rochester High School. Qualifications: Students must be graduating from Rochester High School who attended high school in Indiana for at least 4 years; must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Financial need, scholastic achievement, active in school, work and the community; Special consideration to children of employees of fire, EMS, police or sheriff departments; those with full-ride scholarships are ineligible. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
