Qualifications: Applicants must be qualified college graduates pursuing further graduate or professional schooling; must be residents of Fulton County, Indiana. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
