To provide college scholarships to Rochester High School graduating seniors who participated in football or wrestling. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors of Rochester High School who participated in RHS Football or RHS Wrestling; must have attended high school in Indiana for at least four years and show academic accomplishment, involvement in school work and the community. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
