To provide educational scholarships for postsecondary education. Qualifications: Students must have at least a “C” average in high school; the scholarships may be used at college, university, or trade school, and recipients may reapply each year for four years after high school graduation for one of the scholarships; J and J Non-traditional Scholarships are given to students who have already graduated from High School, but are going on to college, or maybe in in their 2nd year. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
