To provide support for educational scholarships for students attending an institution of higher learning. Qualifications: Applicants must be students attending an institution of higher learning, particularly graduates of Caston High School. Selection criteria: Selection will be based the criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
