To provide scholarships to Rochester High School graduates pursuing college degrees. Qualifications: Students must have also previously attended Riddle Elementary School at any time and must have good academic performance and be involved in school, work, and the community; current Rochester high School graduate who attended Riddle Elementary School at any time; must have attended high school in Indiana for at least 4 years; criteria is Academic Performance and involvement in school, 4-H, work and community. 21st Century students are not eligible. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
