To provide educational scholarships support for those eligible, who are graduates of Rochester High School. Qualifications: Applicants must be Rochester High School graduates who have shown “promise, initiative, and achievement as a student” and who have been of service to the school or the community. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria and following criteria may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
