To provide college scholarships to Rochester High School and Caston High School graduating seniors. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors from Rochester High School or Caston High School who are residents of Fulton County, Indiana; resident of Fulton County and graduating seniors of Caston High School or Rochester High School; display good citizenship in school, work and community; good academic accomplishments; deserving of financial assistance. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria and may include but are not limited to: academic performance; applicant’s performance on tests to measure ability and aptitude for educational work; recommendations; applicant’s biographical information; applicant’s ability, character, motivation, and potential.
