Qualifications: Applicant must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program at any accredited university, college, or school with the United States; and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Selection criteria: Entries will be judged on originality and uniqueness, grammatical correctness, and skillful use of language.
