Qualifications: Applicants must be U.S. citizens; diagnosed or had a close family member diagnosed with breast cancer; must be enrolled, or enrolling in the next year, at a university, college, junior college, or trade or vocational school; it is not required that the individual be enrolled in an educational program at the time of the submission of his or her application, but must be used within a year after the award. Selection criteria: Selection at the discretion of Dr. Nikko, whose decision will be final. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; a statement of 100 words or less explaining how the scholarship will assist in achieving applicants educational goals; an optional essay (1,000 words or less) on how breast cancer has affected applicants education.
