Qualifications: Applicants must be a rising high school students graduating in before year, current year, next year, after two year, and recently graduated before two year seniors. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on such as academic achievement, leadership, community service, specific talents, or intended fields of study. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; educator recommendation; short description of their piece (no more than 150 words); performance video of no more than 5 minutes; academic resume; current transcript (can be official or unofficial).
