Qualifications: Applicants must be recently graduated high school seniors in before two year and rising before one year high school seniors, domestically or abroad, who possess a minimum GPA of 3.0. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on such as academic achievement, leadership, community service, specific talents, or intended fields of study.
