To help young people develop their skills and obtain an understanding of horticulture. Qualifications: Applicants must have already attended one convention and are planning on returning to the convention to expand their knowledge within NJHA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Resume along with letter of recommendation from a NJHA leader that is not from your state consisting of NJHA Involvement, involvement in 4-H, FFA or anything related to agriculture, Financial needs, one paragraph about yourself must be submitted electronically. Focus: Horticulture.
