To provide financial assistance for the education of incoming and continuing students at technical and two-year and four-year institutions. Qualifications: Applicants must be family members or employees of a herd on DHIA testing, or family members of an employee or employees of a DHIA affiliate; must be incoming and continuing, full-time undergraduate students at technical, two-year and four-year institutions. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on scholastic achievements, leadership, community activities, work experience, experience and knowledge of DHIA, and responses to questions on the application.
