To promote professional development and business aviation careers. Qualifications: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; Applicant either must be officially enrolled in an accredited A&P program or have been accepted for enrollment by an approved FAR Part 147 school. Selection criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and financial need. How to apply: Applicants must submit a minimum 250-word essay describing the applicant’s interest in and goals for a career in business aviation; if currently enrolled, submit an official transcript; if not currently enrolled but accepted for enrollment, submit a copy of a letter of acceptance; submit a completed application package, which consists of the essay, resume, and official transcript or acceptance letter.
