To strengthen the educational and economic advancement of Black Deaf and hard of hearing people. Qualifications: Applicants must be a Students may attend any public or private college/university, maintain at least a 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale, and have successfully completed at least one (1) semester; both National Black Deaf Advocates (NBDA) members and non-members. Selection criteria: Preference is given to those who demonstrate a desire to advance the lives of Black deaf and hard of hearing people.
