Qualifications: Applicants must be enlisted marines, sailors and their dependents assigned to Marine Corps Recruit depot/Western Recruiting Region; applicants must be High School seniors or graduates and must provide proof of enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate program. Selection criteria: Recipients will be chosen by the Selection Committee based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and future potential.
