Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of Harding High School; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must intend to major in education. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic performance, with a preference for those demonstrating a commitment to pursuing a degree in education.
