To support graduates of Elgin High School pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of Elgin High School; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. High school applicants must have participated in at least one extracurricular activity in the previous 12 months. Selection criteria: Special consideration is given for applicants pursuing a career in education or music; if no such applicant applies, preference will be given to those with significant participation or interest in music.
