To support Marion, Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Morrow, Union, or Wyandot county residents pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of Marion, Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Morrow, Union, or Wyandot counties and have lived in that county for at least 12 months; must be a graduating senior in the upper 40th percentile of class; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
