To support graduates of Marion County high schools who are pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of a Marion County high school who attended the school all four years; must be in the upper 50th percentile of high school class. Selection criteria: Special consideration will be given to Harding High School seniors or graduates and active student athletes.
