Qualifications: Applicants must be a 25+ years of age; first person in immediate family to attend college; attending Marion technical college; not a relative of R. Andrew Harper; must be a high school seniors, college students, and non-traditional students; must planning to attend a trade school, two-year or four-year college or university, graduate school, law school, or medical school; must focus on students in the Marion (Ohio) geographic area.
