To support Harding High School graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior from Harding high school; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection criteria: Special consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate character traits similar to Eric Benjamin Foos, such as driven, over-achieving, hard-working, goal-oriented, and overcoming odds to be successful.
