To help Marion County students further their education and career goals. Qualifications: Applicants must be seniors at the Harding High School who attended the high school all four years; must be in the upper 25th percentile of HS class; must not a relative of Helen L. and James L. Alex. Selection criteria: Special consideration will be given to those who demonstrated excellence in the study of history or who will be pursuing a college major in history.
