To assist members in pursuing further education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a 3rd or 4th year student with a declared major at a 4-year college or university or attend a vocational school or specialty job training program; minimum GPA of 2.5; in need of financial aid to continue working on their current degree; be a member and policyholder in good standing for a minimum of 2 years; be between the ages of 18 to 39. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit a online application form and following items: most recent official school transcript; one letter of recommendation from a personal acquaintance, teacher, counselor, or Luso adult officer; most recent wallet sized photo; their full name.
