To provide educational or professional development purposes exclusively. Qualifications: Applicants must be currently-enrolled third-, fourth-, or fifth-year undergraduate students or master's students studying landscape architecture at Landscape Architecture Accreditation Board (LAAB) accredited programs in the United States; To be eligible, the applicant’s university must be within the Hawaii Chapter ASLA boundary or the applicant's permanent residence must be in Hawaii. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the aforesaid qualifications and compliance with the application process. How to apply: Applications must be submit online form; Photo; color headshot in jpg format that is at least 1800x1200 pixels; it should be horizontally-oriented; 150-words maximum bio for the LAF website; bio in PDF, Microsoft Word, or TXT format; two pages of maximum resume; upload applicants resume or CV in PDF format; addional proof of Hawaii Residency; PDF or JPG copy of applicants Hawaii driver license or identification card, most recent federal tax return, or other proof of residency; one letter of recommendation; two- pages of maximum essay; original essay in PDF format; 500 words or less; the essay should be no more than two pages with margins of at least 1”, 10-point or larger font; three pages maximum work samples; three 8.5”x11” work samples in one PDF document. Focus: Landscape architecture and design.
